PREPARING PLAICE FILLETS ALLA PIZZAIOLA

Ingredients:

  • 4 Plaice fillets
  • 80g Fontina
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 20g extra virgin olive oil
  • A few basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Dice the Fontina and place it on each fish fillet with a little basil. Lightly salt and roll up the fillets.


Rub a baking dish with the garlic clove and grease it with oil. Place the fillets, cut in half, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of pepper.
